Description
Community Life Director
Silverwood | Hesperia, CA
$90,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + 16 Paid Holidays
Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Community Life Director to join our team at Silverwood, a growing master-planned community in Hesperia that is currently home to approximately 235 households and is expected to grow to nearly 16,000 homes over the next 10–12 years. In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of the community while building the operational foundation, stakeholder relationships, and community strategy needed to support Silverwood through significant growth.
This is an opportunity to help shape a community that is still early in its story while partnering closely with the Board, developer, residents, builders, vendors, and Cohere teams.
If you’re someone who can balance strong community management experience with strategic thinking, confident leadership, and collaborative stakeholder relationships, we’d love to meet you.
