Job Summary:
We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to oversee the daily operations of our membership services team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this leadership role, you will assist with customer inquiries, promote club services, conduct site tours, and help build strong relationships with both prospective and current members. Assist in the supervision, training, and support of front desk/reception staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and tenants to analyze needs and curate custom services and programs
Work with the internal Exos performance team to bring events and initiatives to life.
Manage projects and delegate responsibilities to team members.
Identify success metrics and provide analysis and insight into community events being offered and their effectiveness on the growth of the wellness community.
Work closely with partner vendors and other community partners to aid in the delivery of all aspects of planned events, including but not limited to: Food & Beverage, Entertainment, and Wellness.
Daily Facility Maintenance & Operations:
Conduct daily walkthroughs of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Oversee the cleanliness and restocking of locker rooms, bathrooms, and workout areas.
Maintain logs for cleaning, maintenance, and incident reporting.
Enforce facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful environment for members and staff.
Open and/or close the facility as scheduled, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
Energetic, friendly, and personable with a dynamic personality that inspires others.
Strong multitasking skills, goal-oriented, and self-directed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and motivate others.
Professional demeanor with polished appearance and phone manner.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $26-$43/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
