LOVE MAKING A DIFFERENCE? COME HAVE SOME FUN WHILE YOU DO IT!
Community Case Manager
What if your job was more than sitting behind a desk?
What if you could play, create, explore, teach, encourage, and make a difference—all while helping youth develop the skills they need to succeed?
As a Youth Case Manager, you’ll work directly with children and teens through engaging, TBS-focused activities designed to build confidence, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop positive behaviors.

· Playing sports while working on teamwork, communication, and frustration tolerance
· Using games and activities to build problem-solving and social skills
· Getting outside and practicing coping skills in real-world settings
· Helping youth practice independence and life skills in the community
· Finding creative ways to make therapeutic skill-building FUN!
· Encouraging youth, celebrating their successes, and helping them recognize their own strengths
THIS ISN’T JUST A JOB.
It’s an opportunity to be the positive adult a young person remembers.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
