As the Bluesight Community and Events Manager, you'll be at the heart of fostering customer and partner engagement through memorable experiences. You'll be responsible for orchestrating events, managing outreach, and nurturing relationships to build a vibrant and inclusive Bluesight community.


Objectives of this role:

● Develop a Bluesight community that will attract and retain customers while providing valuable product feedback.

● Optimize our virtual and in-person events to advance new business opportunities for the commercial organization.

● Elevate Bluesight events to be staples in hospital pharmacy executive’s calendars. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Community Engagement:
  • Develop strategies to grow and maintain a thriving community around our brand, products and services.
  • Foster meaningful interactions through social media, forums, and other online platforms.
  • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image.

  •  Event Coordination:
  • Plan, organize, and execute various events, both virtual and in-person
  • Coordinate logistics, venues, vendors, and timelines for seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content for events and community outreach.
  • Produce promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content to promote events and community initiatives.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, local businesses, and organizations to enhance community engagement.
  • Network and establish connections within the industry to expand our community reach.

  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to assess the success of events and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve future strategies and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in event management and community building, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and community initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics to track and optimize engagement.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail to create compelling content and memorable event experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
