Your Impact

As a Communications Specialist supporting two dynamic and emerging regions – ASEAN and Greater China – you will play a key role in helping the team execute communications activities. By assisting in the translation of regional business goals into local, high-impact stories, you will contribute to influencing market perception and driving internal engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a corporate communications team, supporting the delivery of regional campaigns and working under the guidance of senior team members to achieve impactful outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of integrated communications campaigns that align with ASEAN and Greater China business objectives to reach key audiences including employees, media, customers and partners.

  • Support the development of local narratives by providing regional insights and collaborating with colleagues on the APJC communications team.

  • Develop high-impact, local narratives for a diverse audience including media, customers, and employees.

  • Support the coordination of agency activities, helping to track output against defined KPIs.

  • Develop content including social media posts, employee communications and media materials under the guidance of team leaders.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 months to one year of professional experience in corporate communications, PR agencies, or media-related businesses.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for drafting and reviewing communications materials in both languages.

  • Experience supporting the execution of communications tasks and/or campaign activities.

  • A foundational understanding of the media landscape across Southeast Asia and Greater China.

  • Strong editorial and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to effectively manage the completion of assigned tasks with regular guidance and supervision.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling with an interest in developing narratives that resonate with diverse audience.

  • An innovative thinker who is interested in contributing fresh perspectives to campaign execution writing
