The role
You will be responsible for the operation of outsourced service provider oversight for Product Communications and Reporting.  This will include preparation for and operation of regular oversight meetings, supporting the management of open actions through to closure and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability.
You’ll play a key role in developing the communications oversight approach across Product Communications and Reporting, helping to ensure oversight activity is structured, effective and aligned to business objectives.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, securing engagement and buy-in for oversight activities while developing an understanding of the different service models in place across communications activity.
This is a great opportunity to shape and influence how oversight objectives are achieved; expanding and evolving a newly established approach to support high-quality, customer-focused communications.
