  • Ensure all documentation adheres to established style guides, grammar standards, and organizational formatting requirements.
  • Manage the full document lifecycle — from initial drafting through review, revision, approval, and version control.
  • Coordinate documentation review cycles with internal technical teams and external stakeholders, tracking feedback, consolidating comments, and ensuring timely resolution and final approval.

Communications Support

  • Draft, edit, and refine internal and external communications, including executive correspondence, announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
  • Tailor written content to diverse audiences, adjusting tone, format, and level of detail as appropriate for executive, technical, or general readership.

SharePoint Administration & Organization

  • Serve as a primary administrator of the organization's SharePoint environment, ensuring sites, libraries, and pages are well-structured, up to date, and accessible to the appropriate audiences.
  • Support and maintain intuitive SharePoint site architecture, including document libraries, folder hierarchies, metadata tagging, and permission management to support efficient information retrieval and collaboration.
  • Develop and enforce SharePoint governance standards, including naming conventions, version control protocols, and content lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with IT and program teams to implement SharePoint enhancements, integrate workflows, and troubleshoot access or content issues as they arise.

Task & Administrative Management

  • Maintain organized tracking systems for open action items, document reviews, deadlines, and miscellaneous tasks — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, meeting minutes, and coordination of cross-functional activities.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years with BS/BA;  6 years with a HS diploma/equivalent

  • Experience coordinating document reviews with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and document management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal government programs or working within a regulated environment.
