We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Marketing professional to join our team. Reporting to the Chief of Marketing & Communications, the ideal candidate will be the driving force behind bringing our marketing strategy to life, transforming vision into impactful campaigns and measurable results.
Your mission- Own the lead generation funnel by developing activities and tools that drive awareness and conversions for our products and services.
- Create compelling content for all corporate brand touchpoints, including website, digital channels, media, sponsorships, conferences, workshops, and client pitches.
- Lead, develop, and manage social media assets, digital campaigns, and MarCom projects that bring the company’s brand strategy to life.
- Be the corporate brand champion ensuring message consistency internally and externally.
- Coordinate and develop dissemination activities for EU-funded projects. create newsworthy announcements on project achievements, milestones, and events.
- Coordinate and support key project events and related communications.
- Collaborate with a highly specialized team of software engineers and researchers to transform technologies and research into compelling stories and activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Communications or Business Administration, either agency or in-house. Experience in the ICT and/or Cybersecurity industry will be considered a plus.
- University degree in communications, marketing or any relevant field
- Hands-on experience in handling Social media accounts, monitoring assets and campaigns management
- Experience in dissemination of EU-funded projects
- Full command of tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Meta, Google — and AI & prompt savvy. Experience with Wordpress will be considered a plus.
- Excellent copywriting and visual content development skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
