We are looking for someone with leadership experience in and passion for internal communications to join our Corporate Communications organization in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role leads P&G’s global employee engagement and employer reputation strategy, planning and execution, supported by a small team and agency partners.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and lead the strategy and communications plan to increase employee engagement, build P&G reputation with employees and recruits, and ensure deep employee understanding of P&G’s growth strategy.
Design and lead a consistent cadence of internal and external storytelling that spotlights P&G’s growth strategy and superior employee value equation.
Oversee and innovate P&G’s global employee engagement ecosystem, including communications channels, digital engagement, intranet strategy and physical workspaces.
Provide executive communications support for P&G’s Chief HR Officer, including developing and executing communications for global HR initiatives and transformation projects touching all employees.
Manage P&G’s workplace reputation and employee communications team and guide a global center of expertise for P&G’s employee communicators around the world.
Serve as a key member of P&G’s Corporate Communications team, enabling other members of this team to design effective employee communications plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Business or a related field.
More than 12 years of experience in Communications or a closely related field.
More than 5 years of experience leading internal/employee communications, with a strong passion for employee engagement.
More than 2 years of experience as a people manager.
Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio.
Program leadership and agency management experience.
Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and driving decision-making.
Clear and concise writer with proven skills in executive communications, communications planning, message track development and storytelling.
Media relations and LinkedIn content creation experience.
Self-starter who collaborates well with cross-functional team members and can influence and rally a team to solve problems.
Strengths in emotional and contextual intelligence and integrative thinking.
Candidates should be prepared to provide samples of their writing and communications planning skills upon request.
Starting Pay/Salary Range: $144,000 – $190,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
