How you'll make an impact:


Our Global Communications team is a high-energy team with a passion for people, culture and great storytelling. A large focus of this role will be working closely with senior team members to support key and vital projects and initiatives.


We’re looking for a great Communications Advisor to join our Global Business Communications team on a 6-month basis. Reporting to the Director of Customer and Partner Communications, you’ll play a vital role in helping us achieve our communications objectives and support a wide variety of external and internal communication strategies and campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Develop high quality communication materials including drafting key assets like media releases, messaging, Q&A documents, interview briefing documents, media lists, customer blogs, internal communications and social media posts.
  • Help to review media releases in a timely manner, contribute ideas for story pitching, media events and other engagements
  • Ensure that messaging across team assets and documents is consistent, aligned across the business, and presented in a clear manner
  • Undertake targeted research to provide insights that will shape delivery of our customer and external communication activities  
  • Support the team by coordinating the Asana project board to manage projects and timings
  • Provide project management support to facilitate specific projects as required by senior members
  • Contribute to and capturing new ideas, measurement and reporting, messaging and proactively managing stakeholders to input and sign-off materials.

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing, with at least 4 years of industry experience
  • Experience writing for different audiences across different channels
  • You're a team player
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a 'get stuff done' attitude 
  • Ability to think both practically and creatively
  • Excellent written skills and eye for detail
  • Strong planning and project management skills and ability to work at pace on a range of projects 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
