Communication Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Specialist to join our communications team. This role will focus on managing internal communications and supporting HR and communication projects. You will work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies, content creation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster a strong and engaging communication environment within the company.
• Create and manage high-quality content for internal communications, including articles, newsletters, and intranet updates.
• Ensure effective communication of company mission, values, and key messages to all employees.

Content Creation:

• Produce compelling content in various formats such as infographics, videos, and written articles to support internal communication efforts.
• Collaborate with different teams to identify key messages and create structured, impactful communication materials.

Event Management:

• Develop and execute memorable events to engage our teams.

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate internal communications projects, including special initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and align with overall communication goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Serve as a key point of contact for communication-related inquiries and initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular updates and reports on communication projects and initiatives to senior stakeholders.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in internal communications or related fields.
• Proven expertise in content creation and project management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English, Ukrainian).
• Proficiency in digital communication tools, including CMS platforms (e.g., Wordpress, SharePoint) and social media.
