Join us as a Communications Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help shape impactful internal and external communications across our global organization. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in Switzerland and Singapore as part of a small, international team, creating engaging content and ensuring consistent, effective communication that supports our business priorities.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal and external communications, experience in financial industry or consulting is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write and edit a wide variety of content for multiple channels.
  • Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions and levels of seniority.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership from brief to delivery.
  • Digitally savvy, familiarity with platforms and tools such as SharePoint, CRM systems, social media platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of global internal and external communications initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Create compelling, audience-focused content for internal and external communication channels, including internal news and initiative updates, press releases, presentations, speeches, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and that key messages are effectively communicated.
  • Support media relation activities to promote positive coverage of Synpulse and our products and services.
  • Support media monitoring reports on media activities and trends, as well as provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Track and analyse communications performance across channels, using insights to strengthen content and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support crisis communication efforts through research, monitoring, coordination and content development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for allocated projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Salary range offered starts at 2400 EUR, may vary based on your seniority level, skills and experience.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal and external communications
  • Experience in the financial industry or consulting
