Communication & Learning Intern

• Creating engaging content and campaigns using Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Viva Engage, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Conducting interviews with training beneficiaries to identify learning needs and translate them into training objectives.
• Collaborating with vendors to co-design training curricula.
• Supporting the creation of e-learning modules in Workday Learning using PowerPoint and other authoring tools.
• Driving social media engagement and copywriting for internal communication.
• Assisting in organizing learning events and workshops.
• Providing excellent customer service and learner support.

• Is passionate about communication, learning, and personal development.
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates creativity and initiative in content creation and campaign planning.
• Is comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (Office 365, Power Platform, Workday Learning).
• Has a basic understanding of copywriting, social media engagement, and event organization.
• Is fluent in English (written and spoken).

What can you expect

Contract: 1 year contract, with the possibility of part time working
