The Role
Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. Skilled in building an agile mindset across the organization and ensuring alignment with business goals. Passionate about fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and enabling teams to reach their full potential.
You are confident in working with strong personalities, able to assert yourself when needed, and not afraid to actively moderate conflicts to ensure constructive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for two agile teams, ensuring the effective application of Scrum principles and practices
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure their value is maximized
- Support Product Owners in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress
- Coach team members and stakeholders in agile values, practices, and mindset
- Foster a culture of transparency, continuous learning, and delivery excellence
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve organizational agility
Key Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of full-time experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development teams
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to work with strong characters, assert ideas constructively, and moderate conflicts effectively
- Proven track record of enabling cross-functional teams to deliver value effectively
- Good English language skills (German is a plus)
