Do you dispose of…

• Understanding of communication tools and techniques
• Event experience and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral;

·         Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages

• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);

·         Project management and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously

·         Attention to detail and focus

·         A collaborative and team-mindset

·         Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities

·         An eager to learn

Then you are the one we are looking for!

Your responsibilities:

·         Build stories for internal communication channels including intranet, internal screens, all staff mailings, etc.

·         Designing, follow up and facilitate employee events (set objectives, execute events, coordinate measurement and follow-up).

·         Follow and challenge the production of internal videos (briefing, shooting, postproduction with external or internal supplier)

·         Propose creative ideas to generate employee engagement and company pride

·         Assist with ad-hoc internal communications projects

·         Support the internal communications team on a daily basis

·         Any other project, based on our needs and your preferences or experience.
