Job Summary
The Commissions Analyst will calculate and process agent commissions for a variety of carriers.Job Description
Essential Job Duties/Functions:
- Calculate and forecast agent commission expense for monthly close process
- Review data entries, calculations and outputs with a high degree of detail in order to identify discrepancies and perform corrections and revisions
- Research and resolve agent commission related inquiries
- Confirm all agent levels, carrier levels, and agency levels are correct in the system
- Work as POC for APL
- Build and maintain Excel reports using commission data as requested by sales and finance management
- Monitor and maintain individual agent balance reporting, ensuring obligations are appropriately cross collateralized across carriers
- Download and maintain third party files to populate commission file, reformatting when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist with audits as needed

- Required to use hands, fingers, arms, standing 7-8 hours throughout the day
