Position SummaryPRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Effectuer des activités de gestion des dossiers pour la division des ressources humaines, y compris le classement numérique et physique, en conjonction avec les règles de conservation et les exigences législatives, afin de garantir un stockage précis et sécurisé des dossiers;
- Documenter les procédures, les lignes directrices et les règles de conservation des documents des ressources humaines;
- Organiser les dossiers numériques, élaborer des instruments de recherche pour l'équipe des ressources humaines;
- Effectuer la numérisation des dossiers physiques et l'organisation des dossiers électroniques;
- Fournir un soutien administratif, y compris la saisie de données, la préparation de documents et le classement;
- Veiller à la confidentialité et au respect de la réglementation en matière de ressources humaines;
- Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives liées aux ressources humaines, selon les besoins.
