• Recevoir, trier et traiter le courrier entrant (poste, courriel, télécopie et autres canaux).
• Numériser, imprimer et classer les documents dans les systèmes électroniques appropriés.
• Mettre à jour les informations et assurer le suivi dans les systèmes internes.
• Effectuer les envois de documents par la poste, par courriel ou par d’autres moyens sécurisés.
• Répondre aux demandes des clients internes (rapports, courriels, suivis).
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe afin de soutenir efficacement l’équipe administrative.
Vous possédez:
• Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience dans un poste administratif ou de soutien opérationnel.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook), des fichiers PDF et de Teams.
• Bilinguisme requis : français et anglais fonctionnel.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement où les échéanciers sont serrés.
• Excellente organisation, grand souci du détail, sens de l’initiative et esprit d’équipe.

As a Document Management Clerk, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our administrative functions by ensuring the efficient management of incoming and outgoing documents, overseeing their processing, digitization, filing, and tracking with precision and confidentiality. - Receive, sort, and process incoming mail (postal, email, fax, and other channels).
- Scan, print, and file documents in appropriate electronic systems.
- Update information and ensure follow-up in internal systems.
- Send documents by mail, email, or other secure means.
- Respond to requests from internal clients (reports, emails, follow-ups).
- Perform any other related tasks to effectively support the administrative team.
You Possess:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or operational support position.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF files, and Teams.
- Bilingualism required: French and functional English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
