We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Commercial Transformation Office — a key pillar of the Commercial Excellence & RevOps organization.
You will be focusing on commercial and cross-functional end-to-end process optimization, pre & post-sale flows, and GTM excellence. This agile, high-impact team of expert problem solvers is dedicated to removing friction, scaling execution, and optimizing our end-to-end operations from lead to live. You will lead and develop a lean, high-performing team, and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to drive alignment, accountability, and impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead the Commercial Transformation Office, driving operational effectiveness across the full commercial journey (pipeline to activation).
- Map, redesign, and optimize sales workflows, approval processes, and governance structures.
- Design and improve internal workflows between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless post-sale execution.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of specialists focused on operational excellence and process design.
- Translate commercial strategy into scalable processes, tooling, and data-driven decision support.
- Identify friction points and design solutions that increase deal velocity, compliance, and merchant experience.
- Proactively lead cross-functional initiatives, building strong partnerships across departments such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor and improve commercial performance.
- A strategic and systems thinker who connects vision with execution.
- Obsessed with process, detail, and business logic.
