This is you
- A completed master 's degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
- Enthusiasm for topics at the intersection of marketing and sales
- A passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes you
- Initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions
- You are open for change, highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and have a results-oriented mindset
- Last but not least, you speak German? Super! And English? Great!
This is our program and what you will do
- As part of the individual career journey, you’ll rotate through different focus areas within sales and marketing, such as product and brand management, online and performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, key account management, CRM, and omni-channel management
- You will take on challenging tasks both in day-to-day business and in cross-functional projects, while building a broad network within the company
- The duration of the program depends on your individual development stages and is based on a timeframe of approximately two years
