Commercial Technology, Business Development Lead

As Commercial Technology Business Development Lead for Poland, Ukraine, Adriatics & Baltics, you will own revenue growth, pipeline generation, and market expansion for our Commercial Technology portfolio within Life Sciences & Healthcare.
This is a senior, quota‑carrying role focused on acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning advanced AI, Business Intelligence, and CRM solutions with executive stakeholders. You will act as the commercial face of our technology offering in the region—driving demand, shaping deals, and closing high‑value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets, with full accountability for pipeline creation, progression, and conversion.
- Build and execute a robust new‑business pipeline through proactive prospecting, strategic account planning, and partner‑led opportunities.
- Drive deal execution from first executive conversation through contract negotiation and close.
Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles within the Life Sciences and Healthcare ecosystem.
- Act as a senior commercial partner to clients, engaging CXOs, commercial heads, IT leaders, and data/analytics organizations.
- Work closely with global and regional sales teams to orchestrate large opportunities and maximize win rates.
Solution‑Led Selling
- Position AI, Business Intelligence, and Commercial Analytics as strategic growth levers for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
- Translate client business challenges into high‑value, outcome‑driven technology solutions.
- Lead executive‑level demos, workshops, and value discussions that clearly articulate ROI, differentiation, and business impact.
Market & Business Development
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding our footprint across Poland, Ukraine, Adriatics & Baltics.
- Build and maintain a strong network of C‑level decision‑makers, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
- Monitor competitor activity, market dynamics, and industry trends to continuously refine go‑to‑market strategy.
Internal & Partner Collaboration
- Partner with product, delivery, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless deal execution and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to strengthen offerings and unlock joint pipeline opportunities.
- Feed market insights back into product and solution strategy.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of enterprise technology sales and business development, with measurable success in pipeline generation and revenue delivery.
- Strong experience selling CRM, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and/or AI‑driven solutions.
- Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare commercial environments is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and influence senior executive stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, self‑driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 215 000,00 zł - 457 000,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Skills Required
