• Management of the team in the commercial areas with responsibility for Controlling, Logistics, Sales Order Management, Customer Service Logistics and Planning, Credit Management, Administration
• Close cooperation with other administrative and technical departments and Shared Service Centers (HR, IT, tax & customs, accounting and operations risk management )
• Implementing the economic strategy taking into account the overall DC strategy
• Responsibility for planning, analysis and control of budget, personnel and earnings situation
• Coordinating monthly and annual closures, preparation and presentation of annual plans and forecasts
• Responsibility for commercial side of Gebze production and service center ( forecast, local EBIT, profitability, cost and investment analysis ), including enhancement of current processes
• Contract management
• Monitoring of KPIs, preparation of action plans
• Ensuring the timely and high quality execution of internal and external reports
• Ensuring the legal conformity of the unit and compliance with Bosch guidelines
• Conducting internal audits and Export control activity

What distinguishes you:

• Higher education in Economics, Business Studies or similar
• Team leader approach
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial (Customer Logistic Planning, Finance, Controlling, Finance and Logistisc) functions
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, results orientation; high communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, mid-size company mindset
• Ability to work independently, accurately and to meet deadlines sometimes under time pressure
• Fluent in Turkish and English, German would be an asset
• Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset
• Computer skills at user level
