Role Summary
Provide administrative and relationship support to the Commercial Banking team throughout the loan closing and portfolio management process. Partner with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate documentation, proactive portfolio monitoring, and exceptional client service. This role offers strong exposure to commercial credit, risk management, and client relationship development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of commercial loan closings, including due diligence, documentation review, and funding.

  • Review loan documents and system entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit policy and regulations.

  • Monitor client financial reporting and collateral to support effective portfolio risk management.

  • Process daily portfolio transactions and maintain accurate data in internal systems.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, operations teams, and outside counsel to resolve issues and support clients.

  • Serve as a primary contact for business clients, addressing service requests and complex inquiries with urgency and professionalism.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years of banking or related office experience with knowledge of banking products, services, and loan documentation.

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience supporting commercial loan documentation, monitoring, and closings.

  • Experience working with commercial lending systems such as Ambit, Signature, or SalesPro.
