Job Summary
Our Commercial Career Program is a sales/marketing rotation program designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes, products, and customer engagement strategies. This program offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various customer service and sales functions, receive mentorship from experienced sales or product management professionals, and develop the skills needed to excel in a career at Huhtamaki.
Program Structure:
- Duration: 12-18 months training
- Rotations: 2-3 rotations across different commercial functions (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management)
- Training: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development
- Mentorship: Pairing with senior sales/product mgmt.. leaders and mentors
- Evaluation: Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
Essential Functions
- Acclimate to Huhtamaki, products, and processes.
- Directly interact with customers in various ways
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to assist on strategic projects
- Identify areas to improve and streamline processes
- All other duties assigned by management
Job Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in a career in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to relocate within US for sales opportunities
