Summary of Action

The Commercial Project Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our commercial operations moving efficiently by serving as the essential bridge between the Field Superintendent and the Project Manager to keep jobs on track from turnover to closeout. This position is dynamic: while it demands an understanding of project systems and logistics, it is a high-accountability role that focuses heavily on raw capability, fast learning, and operational ownership. You will serve as the centralized office-side support resource, crossing paths with field leadership, project managers, estimating, customers, and subcontractors.

This role bridges the gap between field production, contract administration, and project lifecycle management. Out of the gates, you will split your time between hands-on material coordination, scheduling, documentation management, and tracking project milestones. Because we are a rapidly growing operation, we value versatility; this position is ideal for a self-motivated team player who enjoys organized, detail-oriented execution and is eager to flex across multiple operational needs. Looking down the road, there is immense potential for a strong performer to grow their career and scale their responsibilities as our project management infrastructure continues to expand to meet our soaring project volume.

  • Take full ownership of tracking project files from initial sales-to-operations turnover through final project closeout logging.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data entries and manage clean digital workflows across company platforms.

Cross-Functional Support and Workflows

  • Partner with Accounting, Safety, and Estimating teams to provide project-adjacent documentation tracking.
  • Support project managers and superintendents with material scheduling, administrative log updates, and note-taking as needed.
  • Spot potential operational bottlenecks or issues early and drive them to resolution with full accountability.

Operational Support and Communication

  • Confidently represent the project coordination function, answering routine field and operational inquiries to keep jobs moving forward.
