About the Role
As a Commercial Platforms Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of empowering both internal and external users of our Salesforce platform, including customer-facing applications. Your work will ensure seamless operations, impactful user experiences, and continuous improvement of our systems.
This is more than a technical support role - it’s an opportunity to play a central part in enhancing how we connect with our customers and deliver value. By troubleshooting issues, managing change requests, and gathering feedback, you’ll directly contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions that transform the way we do business.
You’ll also provide training and updates to key super users, enabling them to unlock the full potential of Salesforce across our organization. In collaboration with the wider Strategy & Commercial Development team, you’ll help shape Novonesis into a data-driven, customer-centric powerhouse.
Your Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for internal Salesforce users, handling incident resolution, access management, and root cause analysis.
Provide external support for our digital customer-facing tools, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.
Communicate platform updates, changes, and incident resolutions to stakeholders across the organization.
Deliver training to Salesforce super users, empowering them to maximize platform capabilities.
Collaborate on projects, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder management to implement meaningful system improvements.
Analyze data and create dashboards to inform decision-making and track progress using Salesforce reporting elements and tools like PowerBI.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have:
Proven experience working with Salesforce, including troubleshooting and supporting users through ticketing systems.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders on changes and incidents.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a passion for technology and business processes.
Preferred experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and PowerBI.
Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Work Setup & Travel
Location: On-site with hybrid options available per local policy.
Travel: Approximately 1–2 weeks per year for team-related activities.
