The Opportunity:

The Commercial Operations Partner is responsible for leading local teams while serving as a strategic partner for global Commercial Operations. This role combines core people management with global process stewardship, continuous improvement, and talent integration to ensure operational excellence and cultural alignment across regions.

Key Accountabilities:

Process & Operational Excellence:

  • Global Process Steward: Own a specific global process and deliver management update reports (e.g., cadence update).

  • Collaborate and produce a monthly Commercial Operations management team updates, including actions, status update, risk, and actions required, in collaboration with the global commercial operations management team.

  • Continuous Improvement Lead: Identify and champion global process improvements.

  • Knowledge Management Hub: Maintain global documentation repositories.

Local People Management:

  • Manage daily operations, attendance, and adherence to site policies.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings.

  • Assist in facilitating performance reviews by providing input to global leaders.

  • Implement global training locally and identify skill gaps.

  • Ensure local adoption of global missions, values, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to drive process improvements and manage changes.

  • Proficiency in knowledge management tools (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

  • Certification in Strategic Management, Project and Risk Management or similar.

  • Proven understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
