Brady Corporation is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Commercial Operations Manager. In this role, you will ensure our commercial functions operate as a high-performance, integrated machine. You will lead a specialized team of Pricing Analysts and Customer Data Specialists to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and daily tactical excellence, directly impacting Brady’s revenue growth and operational profitability.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Process Optimization: You will streamline the entire commercial lifecycle from customer acquisition and pricing approval to retention to eliminating bottlenecks to improve speed-to-market.
  • Data Analysis & Actionable Insights: You will oversee the monitoring of commercial performance, identifying margin trends and win/loss patterns to provide senior leadership with the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Manage the operational performance and commercial account/distributor specific processes, ensuring data accuracy to inform strategic decision-making and ensure targets are hit.
  • Technology & Tools Management: Serve as the functional owner of our CRM and pricing tools, ensuring they are fully integrated and provide maximum utility to the commercial teams.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Finance teams to align pricing structures with product lifecycles and corporate profitability goals.

Skills Required

  • Process optimization experience across customer acquisition, pricing approval, retention, and commercial lifecycle workflows
  • Data analysis experience, including commercial performance, margin trends, and win/loss analysis
  • Reporting and forecasting experience with commercial account or distributor-specific processes
  • Experience managing CRM and pricing tools
