The Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation seeks a Commercial Operations Analyst to support and facilitate the efficient execution of cross-functional commercial processes within the SES Global Security Products business.
This Commercial Operations Analyst will have the proven ability to extract and synthesize data to draw out insights and recommendations in support of commercial goals. He or she will have the proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. The role requires strong project management and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and understand business financials.
The preference is for this individual to be local to the Vista, CA office location.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and track a high volume of low complexity bids through the approval process, and help define volume base lines, and methods to scale, increase efficiency, and reduce risk.
- Oversee bid development process of low complexity. including evaluating quote requests, coordinating with pricing to produce cost/price files, and ensuring accuracy and business alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to find ways to standardize and optimize bid development process low complexity bids.
- Review BOEs, and cost/price files for accuracy.
- Partner with corporate finance and global trade to understand and document tax, duties, global mobility, and other similar cost considerations for international bids.
- Maintain and update Salesforce Price Books and work with Sales Operations team to ensure data in Salesforce is correct.
- Lead the effort to develop and expand standard cost and pricing for equipment and services related to new equipment sales for the Global Security Products business.
- Document processes, identify process improvements, develop tools and reinforce new ways of doing business that optimize efficiency for the Inquiry-to-Order Process and Order-to-Remittance Process.
- Support the forecasting process by tracking and analyzing historical sales data, market data, and other inputs to identify trends and inform future business planning.
- Collect data, build reports, and provide input into dashboards that track progress against business KPIs relative to ability to capture new business and efficiently execute on customer deliverables.
- Help identify actionable insights on ways to optimize the business for growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant discipline from an accredited university or college
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, bid management, finance, and/or project management role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical skills and Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Pay Range:Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
