GCG Catering Jamaica is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Officer to support the Catering Manager in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our commercial footprint through strategic sales initiatives, market intelligence, and strong customer engagement within the aviation catering environment.

  • Support the development and execution of the Company’s commercial strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion within the catering and aviation space.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing benchmarks, and opportunities for service enhancement and differentiation
  • Drive business development initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion of new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, service satisfaction, and identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with Culinary and Operations teams in the development of each contract, ensuring proposals are commercially viable, cost-effective, and operationally executable.
  • Collaborate with the HDQ Marketing Team to plan and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, tenders, and RFP responses for both new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client requirements
  • Support contract negotiations by providing commercial insights, pricing structures, and service considerations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and new revenue streams to strengthen the Company’s market presence and competitive position
