What you’ll do as a Commercial Manager
- Drive commercial performance across your partner and brand portfolio, using pricing, discounting, merchandising and CRM to maximise conversion and profitability.
- Translate strategy into action by identifying, prioritising and delivering initiatives that create measurable trading uplift across platforms and partners.
- Use data and experimentation to analyse performance, test hypotheses and guide decision-making that accelerates sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with partner managers and external partners to enhance joint commercial value and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Work with product and supply teams to diagnose customer pain points and optimise the booking journey for higher conversion.
- Champion trading excellence through sharper pricing, stronger data transparency and more efficient trading processes.
- Communicate performance insights and opportunities to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence and commercial impact.

- Clear and confident communicator able to translate complex data into compelling insights and recommendations.
- Background in strategy consulting or a high-growth commercial, trading or performance environment is an advantage.
