As our Commercial Manager, you are a key business leader responsible for driving growth, profitability, and innovation within your assigned brand(s). This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, commercial strategy, and operational delivery, guiding a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious business targets.
A successful candidate will combine entrepreneurial energy with strong financial discipline — balancing creative, data-driven experimentation with sound commercial judgment. The Commercial Manager leads by influence, fosters collaboration across diverse teams, and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING TASKS:
Innovation & Execution
- Foster a start-up mindset: test, learn, and iterate quickly to find new ways to engage customers and grow revenue.
- Challenge existing processes constructively and encourage smart risk-taking backed by insight.
- Ensure execution excellence in campaigns, promotions, and product rollouts, aligning activity with broader portfolio goals.
- Regularly monitor performance vs. monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; report insights and recommendations proactively.
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Collaborate with their leadership team to define market priorities, product focus, and long-term commercial objectives.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver against clear OKRs.
- Own brand(s) P&L performance, including revenue, operational costs, and marketing budgets.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities — whether through new channels, partnerships, or product innovations — while maintaining fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of crypto and alternative payment methods where strategically relevant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central point of connection between Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and E-Commerce teams to ensure full commercial alignment.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Product Operations, and Customer Experience leads to keep all properties current, compelling, and competitive.
- Partner with marketing teams to influence acquisition, retention, and brand strategy, ensuring campaigns are both creative and commercially impactful.
- Translate regional insights and performance data into actionable strategies across functions and markets.
WHAT QUALIFIES YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR MISSION

- A team-first, optimistic, and growth-oriented attitude — combining youthful curiosity with fiscal discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in a commercial, business management, or senior marketing role within digital, e-commerce, or online entertainment sectors.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
