We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Manager for our Hematology division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial strategy and execution for our hematology portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the center care product management and preferably hematology market, strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Commercial Manager Hematology is a hybrid role with responsibility for sales/ account management, marketing, and matrix leadership of a priority growth brand. The role is at least 50% customer facing and is aligned to the Sales Force Incentive bonus plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the local launch plan in collaboration with the regional team for new products.

  • Prepare and execute the local commercial operational plan for the brand (based on the global plan) to achieve business objectives in the hematology market.

  • Manage the A&P budget

  • Analyze market trends, collect customer insights, monitor the performance of the hematology portfolio and adjust the strategy to exploit all opportunities.

  • Review the available data and customer insight and develops a territory business plan for the aligned accounts

  • Build and maintains strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

  • Matrix leadership of the cross functional team to deliver the local operational plan and ensure aligned execution of the plan.

  • Brief and train Medical Representatives and/or KAMs on the campaign materials, selling messages and commercial objection handling

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • University Degree

  • Solid experience in a commercial role within the pharmaceutical industry with experience in managing center care products

  • Fluency in both Czech and English languages

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in a commercial role within hematology

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
