We have an exciting opportunity for a result driven Commercial Manager to join us in our Moorabbin office, working closely with our Service delivery team to add value to our customers supply chain.
Requirements
- Actively Manage a pipeline of projects and a team to ensure delivery of timely, insightful and high quality analysis that adds value to our customers, partners and efm
- Work with Service Delivery to:
‣ Maintain customers at sustainable profitable solutions
‣ Grow customer wallet share with efm
‣ Execute on continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives for our customers
‣ Extend or resign customer contracts
- Be responsible for all performance management, training and development of the Commercial Analysts
- Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve team’s financial targets
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a team
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial and pricing decisions and strategies from a customer's perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in a Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete financial modelling and data analysis
