We have an exciting opportunity for a result driven Commercial Manager to join us in our Moorabbin office, working closely with our Service delivery team to add value to our customers supply chain.


Requirements
  • Actively Manage a pipeline of projects and a team to ensure delivery of timely, insightful and high quality analysis that adds value to our customers, partners and efm
  • Work with Service Delivery to:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‣ Maintain customers at sustainable profitable solutions

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‣ Grow customer wallet share with efm

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‣ Execute on continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives for our customers

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‣ Extend or resign customer contracts

  • Be responsible for all performance management, training and development of the Commercial Analysts
  • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Achieve team’s financial targets

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial and pricing decisions and strategies from a customer's perspective
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete financial modelling and data analysis
