Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate work-winning activity within the Southeast region, including bid strategy, client presentations and sector positioning.

  • Build strong new client relationships while deepening engagement with existing partners.

  • Support development and achievement of the regional financial plan and contribute to pipeline strategy.

  • Actively contribute to AECOM’s wider UK&I and European Science, Healthcare and Tertiary Education community by sharing best practice, lessons learned and technical expertise.

  • Provide specialist input on Life Sciences project requirements such as complex HVAC systems, cleanroom design, compliance frameworks, and sustainable building solutions.

  • Mentor, coach and support engineers within the team, helping develop technical competence and career progression.

  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive working environment aligned with AECOM’s values.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience delivering complex Life Sciences, healthcare, or highly serviced technical buildings.

  • Demonstrable leadership, client-facing, and work-winning capability.

  • Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
