This individual will be responsible for leading the commercial lending team, driving loan growth, and ensuring sound portfolio management. The role will oversee business development efforts, manage and mentor lenders, and provide guidance on structuring, underwriting, and closing commercial loans.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in business, finance, or a related field, with strong preference for candidates who bring leadership experience in commercial banking.
