As a Business Manager in our Business Management team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide high-level responsiveness to ad-hoc requests and strategic projects. Your role will involve organizing complex information, creating compelling presentations, and managing key work streams. Join us to make a difference and drive business success.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
  • Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
  • Experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience with stakeholder management and driving agendas.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
  • Experience in simplifying and improving business processes.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint.
  • Experience in risk management and compliance frameworks.
