Apoyar al equipo de ventas a liberar más tiempo para actividades de ventas. Ser responsable de elaborar los briefings y actividades administrativas y operativas del equipo (89-90% de las actividades post-ventas).
Responsabilidades
Esta posición es para el área comercial, la cual se centra principalmente en análisis para el área de ventas, brindando soporte administrativo en todo el proceso de pre-venta, venta y post-venta, es decir:
Pre- venta:
Se encargará de análisis de prospección y evaluación.
Realizar investigaciones de antecedentes en el proceso de cotización, apoyando al equipo en el desarrollo de la cotización.
Venta:
Soporte en la creación de presentaciones para reuniones con clientes, fortaleciendo tus habilidades de comunicación escrita
Post- venta
Ser responsable de todas las instrucciones de ventas (para finanzas) e instrucciones de producto (para Custumer Success) que serán entregados a los clientes en el proceso post-ventas.
Apoyar con las preguntas que los clientes puedan tener en el proceso post-venta.
Ser responsable de hacer las instrucciones de revisión de crédio con los nuevos prospectos y apoyar en el desarrollo del contracto de las nuevas ventas.
Cualificaciones
Únicamente estudiantes cursando últimos semestres de Administración, Economia, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial, o afines.
Contar con el aval de la universidad para realizar sus prácticas 2027-1
