We are looking for a Commercial Intelligence Coordinator with solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, responsible for leading strategic market analyses, generating actionable insights, and supporting decision-making for commercial and marketing teams.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, data mastery, and the ability to influence stakeholders, working cross-functionally with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Trade, Market Access, Pricing, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the generation of strategic insights from market data (IQVIA, Close-Up, Audits, etc.), identifying growth opportunities and business risks;
• Develop in-depth performance analyses (sell-in, sell-out, demand, market share, coverage, and productivity);
• Build and monitor dashboards and commercial KPIs using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
• Support the commercial planning process (forecast, targeting, sales force sizing) and development of commercial projects;
• Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and channel dynamics (retail, hospital, institutional, public, and private);
• Act in defining customer segmentation and coverage strategy for Key Account teams;
• Support go-to-market strategies and product launches with potential and feasibility analyses;
• Work in an integrated manner with Sales and Operations, Pricing, Trade, and Marketing to assess commercial impacts and maximize results;
• Ensure governance, quality, and consistency of data used in analyses;
• Lead or support digital transformation and analytics evolution projects in the commercial area;
• Prepare executive presentations for leadership with clear and actionable recommendations;
• Continuously monitor performance indicators and propose corrective action plans and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• Strong experience in Commercial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or analytical roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector;
• Experience with market data sources (IQVIA, Close-Up, or similar);
• Experience with sell-out, demand analysis, sales force performance, sell-in (Distributors and Retail), and commercial strategy;
• Knowledge of different pharmaceutical channels (retail, hospital, government, distributors);

Technical Competencies:

• Advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of databases and Power BI development;
• Strong command of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Knowledge of CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable;
• Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis is a plus;
• Advanced English (spoken and written) – required for interaction with global and regional teams.
