Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Leading the implementation of our RxGx DK/SE commercial strategy with strong, holistic commercial vision, delivering on our ambitious growth plans with full P&L responsibility
Taking a proactive role in our highly engaged Nordics Retail team, demonstrating a high degree of team spirit, curiosity & integrity with true passion to make an impact & a genuine interest in people & their development
Identifying, owning & driving new business opportunities in our dynamic market environment, leveraging your strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills & data
Creating strong, value-based relationships with our customers, wholesalers and internal stakeholders at Sandoz
Building best-in-class commercial platform through culture, operational excellence and data-driven innovation
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Master’s degree or MBA or related higher education
5+ years of experience in commercial management with strong track-record of driving business results, P&L and excellent people, leadership & analytical skills
Strong understanding of Generics business & industry
Passionate to make an impact – showing up positive, resilient and open-minded with a high degree of learning agility, flexibility and can-do mentality
Genuine team player with collaborative growth mindset; data-driven, well-structured, outcome-oriented; holding self & others accountable to meet commitments
Fluent in written & spoken English & Danish (or other Scandinavian language)
