What you need to know about this position:
At Mondelez International, we empower our people to lead the future of snacking. As a Marketing Graduate Intern, you will work alongside experienced Brand Managers to help build iconic brands, turning consumer insights into winning strategies and executing impactful campaigns that drive sustainable growth.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the full brand management journey-from consumer understanding and strategy development to campaign execution, innovation, and performance tracking-while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Brand Strategy & Planning• Support Brand Managers in developing and executing annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.• Contribute to identifying growth opportunities through consumer, shopper, and market insights.• Assist in evaluating portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for innovation and renovation.
Consumer & Market Insights• Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive activity to generate actionable recommendations.• Support the interpretation of market data (e.g., Nielsen, household panel, internal sales data) to monitor brand health and performance.• Participate in consumer research projects and help translate insights into business actions.
Campaign Execution• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, social, in-store, and experiential touchpoints.• Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and shopper marketing agencies to ensure high-quality execution.• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluations and learnings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Sales, Category Planning, Consumer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives.• Support innovation and product launch projects by coordinating timelines, packaging approvals, and commercialization activities.
Business Performance• Monitor key business KPIs including sales, market share, penetration, distribution, and profitability.• Prepare business reviews, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings.• Support budget tracking and marketing investment monitoring.
Education / Certifications:
Recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job specific requirements:
Strong academic performance with demonstrated leadership through university activities, internships, or extracurricular experiences.• Passion for marketing, brands, and understanding consumer behavior.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Fluency in English.• Consumer-first mindset.• Curiosity and continuous learning.• Ownership and accountability.• Collaboration across diverse teams.• Agility and resilience in a dynamic environment.• Creativity backed by data and insights.• Integrity and a drive to make an impact while helping lead the future of snacking.
