About the Role:
As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving equipment sales by optimizing financing solutions and fostering strong relationships with both our internal sales teams and external financial partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your financial acumen to influence strategic decisions and contribute directly to the success of Brandt Finance.
Job Duties:
- Facilitate equipment sales by optimizing financing solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with sales teams and external financial institutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate credit bureaus and deliver informed recommendations for credit decisions.
- Drive achievement of sales and market share targets to ensure sustained success for Brandt Finance.
- Stay abreast of competitive developments to uphold Brandt Finance’s commitment to superior products.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- 3-5 years of direct experience in equipment finance, with a proven track record in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risk within a commercial setting.
- A solid understanding of the equipment sales industry, including familiarity with financing structures, credit evaluation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with sales teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting financial statements, assessing credit risk, and providing strategic recommendations.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at building productive relationships to achieve common goals.
- Prior Brandt group experience would be considered an asset.
