Our Finance team delivers sustainable growth for our business, customers, and much-loved brands. We’re part of a $12.2 billion gross profit organisation, responsible for driving an exceptional level of performance and creating the potential for future growth. About the role
Drive Business Performance:
- Track performance against financial top-line plans, brand share, and cash flow measures.
- Lead the BPM cycle for the customer teams within Northern Europe.
- Proactively drive commercial teams to understand external influences and trends impacting performance.
Business Partnership:
- Drive the commercial strategy and performance agenda together with the Customer Team leads
- Develop strategic approaches to annual customer negotiation strategies.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Support critical initiatives that secure continued value-creating growth for Diageo in Northern Europe.
About You
We are looking for someone who can elevate our game by bringing diverse experiences from consultancy, mid-sized organizations, or large FMCG matrix organizations – ideally, a mix of different perspectives.
- Minimum 5 years of Finance or Commercial Finance experience.
- Highly analytical and numerate. Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Business partnering skills, ability to influence senior partners.
- Skilled to drive actions and decisions on the back of financial analysis.
- Fluent in English & German (strongly preferred)
