Mission/Position Headline:
Lead business excellence projects and market data initiatives: build structure, conduct analyses, identify strengths and weaknesses, and define improvement actions. Serve as a COE role to ensure alignment with implementation plans and targets. As a Commercial Excellence Expert, focus on end-to-end CRM system management to enable process automation, improve operational efficiency, and provide visualization tools that help management gain business insights and make informed decisions.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Contributes as a consultant to the accomplishment of Business Excellence projects. Analyzes business processes with respect to standardization, simplification, integration and discontinuance.
- Defines strengths and weak points, defines and recommends improvement actions, and discuss possible action plans with accountable management.
- Contributes to Business Excellence project proposals, calculates cost/benefits, resources and budgets needed and provides respective plans and schedules to customer.
- Supports evaluation and selection of external service providers, by analyzing, tracking and recording scope and quality of services delivered.
- Supports monitoring of improvement effects, triggered by Business Excellence projects, and reporting to all stakeholders.
- Deploys and trains process and method knowledge.
- Design, implement and maintain business system through cross department collaboration and project management , ensure the accuracy, integrity and timely update of data.
- Based on data analysis requirements of relevant departments, continuously optimize the logic and process of data base management and realize the automation of data analysis report.
- Coordinate with relevant functional team to implement the tasks from headquarters and ensure timely delivery of information or data.
- Perform tasks assigned by line manager.
- At least 5 years’ working experience selling process, funnel management, system management and data analysis experience.
- Healthcare industry experience, marketing, sales operation experience is plus.
- Bachelor degree or above
