Summary
The Commercial Excellence Specialist will play a key role in optimizing supply chain operations, open order management, customer satisfaction, data management & analytics, and logistics process improvement across the APAC region. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to develop data-driven processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Supply Chain & Logistics Process Optimization
- Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Improve visibility across order-to-delivery processes and develop strategic solutions
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth inventory and shipment management
- Open Order & Customer Satisfaction Management
- Oversee open order management and optimize order fulfillment processes
- Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives
- Data Management & Analytics
- Manage and standardize sales and operational data for better decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards (using tools like Power BI, etc.) to track KPIs and business performance
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Analytics Tool Development & Process Automation
- Develop and enhance BI tools and data analysis systems
- Implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Work closely with IT, logistics, and sales teams to optimize data integration and system connectivity
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with sales, logistics, customer service, and IT teams to drive business process improvements
- Collaborate with country and global teams to implement Excellence initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance overall operational performance
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Excellence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Data analysis skills (experience using Excel, Power BI, CRM tools, etc.).
- Knowledge and proven track record in project management.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and excellent communication skills.
- Leadership experience in goal setting and execution.
- Business level English communication skills (4 skills, especially email and report writing)
