Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Life Sciences Food & Beverage, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos collaborateurs en assurant un support administratif. En étroite collaboration avec, le manager du service et les technico-commerciaux sédentaires, vous gérez la partie administrative.
Responsabilités principales :
Assurer le standard téléphonique (10%)
Traiter les taches demandant une maîtrise du pack Office comme les CCR, les rapports de test d’intégrité, la rédaction de documents sous Word,
Assister les équipes commerciales en transmettant la documentation, les plans, les offres aux commerciaux, …
Mettre à jour le statut des offres et des tarifs dans le CRM selon les demandes du manager,
Envoyer les informations aux clients,
Uniformiser les certificats,
Créer / extraire des documents PDF,
Créer une offre dans le CRM et la faire évoluer,
Vérifier les données (conformité des numéros enregistrés si les lignes sont bien créées, détails, etc...),
Créer des comptes et des contacts pour chaque offre,
Vérifier les approvals.
Qualifications minimales :
Etre issu(e) d'une formation administrative et/ou commerciale,
Maîtriser le pack office (Word, Excel, PPT) et CRM,
Parler l’anglais est un plus.
Compétences requises :
Avoir la fibre commerciale et technique,
Comprendre aisément les besoins de nos collaborateurs / clients,
Avoir le sens de la communication et avoir le sens des relations humaines en interne et externe,
Etre réactif(ve), pro actif(ve), dynamique et autonome.
