The Position
(Internal job title: Finance Enterprise Partner)
This role acts as the key business partner to the commercial organization (Sales Team) of Roche Slovensko - Diagnostics Division. You will be joining the Finance & Supply Chain function, as one of the two Analysts, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Career Opportunities and Challenges
- Analyze data, build pricing models, and recommend strategies to optimize profitability, mitigate risks while remaining competitive in the market
- Analyze cost data to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and provide actionable insights
- Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, etc.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product Teams to align pricing strategies with product and market needs and act as an advisor and key partner on financial implications topics
- Ensure continuous improvement by monitoring and adjusting pricing as well as processes based on ongoing analysis of market conditions and company goals
- Ensure pricing processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation
- Actively manage Roche’s cash flow position by ensuring prompt customer payments
- Drive the planning process, ensuring financials are on track
- Collaborate with the eCoE (Enterprise Centre of Excellence), regional Finance Team and FxP (Finance Excellence Partner) Chapter to develop and maintain a high-quality affiliate insights and processes
Who You Are
- 3+ years of work experience in finance analysis, pricing strategy, or a related field
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or in a related disciplines
- Fluent in English, Slovak or Czech preferred
- Experience working with and for the customer and interacting with colleagues beyond the Finance function
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
- Systems thinker understanding the downstream and upstream impact of different actions
- Negotiation skills with an ability to support successful win-win outcomes
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills, including business process improvement expertise
- Ability to work and thrive cross-departmental and cross-country
- Growth mindset and living the Roche Operating Principles
- Experience working with MS Excel, preferably knowledge of SAP
- Experience working in G-Suite is an advantage
- Aptitude for continuous learning
Salary starts from 2 800 EUR gross/month. Final salary will depend on the level of experience, skills and qualifications. Roche Slovakia provides 13th month salary and an annual performance based bonus.
