We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our global Commercial Contracts team, where innovation knows no borders. This team protects commercial value and drives revenue by creating clear, effective agreements across our Sales, Developer and Product groups. It ensures commercial partnerships move forward quickly while safeguarding business interests and maintaining operational alignment. As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will lead custom agreement drafting, complex negotiations and process design across our global matrix. You will bridge customer expectations with business strategy, guide cross-functional teams through risk trade-offs and challenge manual workflows to accelerate deal velocity.

What you'll do

  • Draft and negotiate custom commercial agreements, templates and specialized contracts with travel agencies and developers.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Tax teams to streamline negotiation cycles and align key terms.

  • Lead project management efforts to improve contract processes, write business requirements and implement new agreements.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between commercial teams, customer legal counsel and internal attorneys on complex post-signature queries.

  • Apply generative AI and contract automation tools to reduce manual drafting effort, improve review accuracy and scale deal capacity.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Legal/Law.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in high-volume technology or SaaS environments.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex commercial models, assess risk and synthesize strategic business terms.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align sales, finance and legal stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish to support international deal execution across regional teams.

  • Practical experience using AI drafting assistants and contract automation workflows to improve operational speed and quality.
