What will you be doing?

  • Review, redline, analyze, drafting and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, and corporate agreements;
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination;
  • Support a range of standard EoR/AoR/Employment and commercial contracts and queries with relatively low to medium levels of complexity and impact;
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring that contract terms are fair, reasonable, and aligned with the company's risk appetite.
  • Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labour laws, corporate, etc.)
  • Assist with the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements and in furtherance of internal compliance initiatives.
  • Ensuring that accurate database and documents are maintained.
  • Ensuring that business is conducted in accordance with relevant laws.Provide day-to-day proactive employment law counselling and support resolution of HR and legal employment issues.
  • Handle and assist in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time

What do we need?

  • Experience of at least 5 years in a Corporate/ In-house/Contract EnvironmentExtensive a Legal Background or BA studies in a similar field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prepare legal research upon request and do other analytical job 
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diplomatic, approachable and possessing good business and personal judgement.
  • Must manage conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inherent ability to act with the highest integrity and professionalism.
