GEICO is looking for a highly motivated commercial claims leader! This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Claims Specialists. As a Commercial Claims Supervisor you will play a vital role in the company's success by helping your team make smart decisions in processing and settling claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving results, helping others, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of leadership experience
• Prior commercial claims experience preferred
• Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Associate must attain and maintain the required state licenses by state insurance departments
• Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
• Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize deadlines and balance multiple tasks at once
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
